Who is Vicky Ross

Vicky Ross is the founding mind behind Vicky Ross Training!

She was fortunate enough to have a childhood that involved a lot of travel, and has lived in 7 different countries giving her the chance to experience a wide range of cultures. This combined with her curious mind and life circumstances brought her to the belief that there had to be more to life than the ‘daily struggle’, there had to be a bigger purpose!

A ‘light bulb’ moment at the age of 23 made her stop and take a long hard look at her life and the direction it was heading in.  She decided that now was the time to create the future she wanted for herself.

Armed with the knowledge she had gained from years of reading how to improve your life books as well as a wide range of philosophy, spirituality and hypnotherapy books she set of on this new path. Constantly reading and educating herself so she could progress to the next level.

After moving to England from South Africa, she took some time off from work to have a family, throughout this time she continued her insatiable quest for knowledge constantly reading, researching and attending courses.

Training with Paul MckennaShe went back in to the personal development world in a professional way after her second child and started a company with the vision to help educate people about their behaviour and teach them how to fix themselves.  The constant theme that runs through all of her training is that there is no greater power to give someone than the power to be in control of themselves, with the freedom that comes from removing their limiting beliefs.

Her belief in what she does shows in her training which is always full of passion and energy, there is no sitting quietly at the back and falling asleep in her training. Her enthusiasm for helping people understand themselves is obvious and you can easily see the delight in her face as the people on her courses have those moments of realisation!

Another strong passion of hers is teaching the next generation simple skills and tools as early as possible. By giving them a brief understanding about emotions and how to use rather than react to them as well as how behaviour is created so can therefore be uncreated; she can give them the tools to be in control of their own life.

Her main advice to anyone else having the same type of light bulb moment as she did is to keep a curious mind, a journal to analyse yourself and constantly ask yourself one question ‘what would help make my life easier, lighter and free from limitations’.

Remember everyone can have what they want; they just need the right support and knowledge.
