These are stories we believe to be true about ourselves or those around us. If we have a limiting belief it can stop us from achieving what we want in life. There comes a time in our lives that we recognize this and the right thing to do is to make a change and start to believe new and empowering things about ourselves.  With change therapy we work with you to understand how your belief is made up and help you to create lasting changes.

We are not born with all the behaviours that we use in our lives. We learned them, and so we are able to unlearn them and live more with purpose and direction. Emotions

Emotions are there for a good reason. They communicate and help us pay attention to our outside world. They help us experience what we are thinking. The problem only arises when we allow the emotion to change from the gentle nudge its meant to do so that we are able to pay attention, to a place of no control, were we get stuck and too frozen to move. It does not have to be this way. Take control back.  Using our Change Therapy skills we are able to facilitate the change that is best for you.  You will be able to change the emotional association that you have to something different that makes you feel in control and resourceful.
